本專案維護憲章已抽出為 `AGENT.md`（跨 AI Agent 通用標準，沿用 agents.md 慣例：Cursor、Codex、Copilot、Claude Code 等共用同一份）。**單一事實來源是 `AGENT.md`，不要在本檔重複內容。**

Claude Code 透過下面的 import 載入完整憲章；要改維護規範一律改 `AGENT.md`，不改本檔。
